Rental conditions
Use of swimming pool and barbecue at one’s own risk. Diving in the swimming pool is explicitly prohibited. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children. The landlord cannot be held responsible for any damage which is caused by (irresponsible) use of the swimming pool, the barbecue or any other part of the vacation villa.A wireless internet connection is available.
Arrival, departure and minimum stay
Arrival and departure may take place on any day of the week. The only condition is a minimum stay of seven nights. For check-in and check-out times flight arrival and departure schedules are taken into account.
The tenant is at all times entitled to cancel or change a reservation or to designate a different tenant. This has to be done by letter to the landlord.
Costs of cancellation are:
- above 50 days before arrival: 50% of the rental sum
- less than 50 days before arrival: 100% of the rental sum
- altering a reservation or designating a different tenant carries an administrative fee of € 25,00
We advise you urgently to take out a policy on cancellation, so that your insurance company will pay the expenses when you find yourself in need to cancel your vacation.
Management
The local manager is responsible for the management of the vacation villa. They will pick you up at the airport, take you to the vacation house and instruct you about possibilities and conditions to ensure an agreeable vacation. For any question or remark take contact with the manager.
In consultation with tenant a time will be settled for a before-departure-inspection.
The villa will be cleaned and provided with clean towels twice a week. If you wish for a higher frequency, please consult with the manager.
Damages
When through the tenants’ fault damage is done to the villa or the furnishings, the costs will be put on the invoice. Any damage to the property has to be reported immediateley.
Furthermore
We advise you not to leave valuables lying around unattended. You have a safe at your disposal. The landlord is at no time responsible for theft, burglary or loss of valuable objects.
