Going rates for 2011

The rate for a week’s lodging in vacation villa Flamingo-Fun, consisting of six air-conditioned bedrooms, is € 120,- per day for up to eight persons. For every person above that, the rate is € 10,- per day. Minimum stay is seven nights. 

Not included are the costs of electricity, at normal use of the airco approximately € 1,50 daily, and a 7% tourist tax € 8.40 daily.

Reservation and payment

After reservation you receive by e-mail an invoice for a 50% down payment increased with a deposit of € 250,00, to pay within eight days.

After receiving the payment the reservation is final.

By settling the down payment prospective tenants consent to the rent conditions.

When payment is not received within the stated time-limit, the reservation expires.

The remainder of the rental price needs to be paid six week before the start of the rental period.

When reservation takes place less than six weeks before the arrival date the total rent needs to be paid up at once.
